We are still walking but in Riverside Park South. It is on the west side of Manhattan along the Hudson River.
Views include New Jersey, the Hudson River, remnants of old structures, art, new structures going up, and wildlife.
Then the park ends, and we continue to wander by a pie making shop where the pastry workers are busy creating crusts for pumpkin and apple pies. That makes us hungry, and we drop in for a noodle dish at one of the numerous Asian eateries.
At the New York Public Library we saw one of its ceilings. Next stop-home.
